Create a contact list for everyone in your organization. You should have phone, physical address and email for all of these catagories:

- Downline or Consultants in your line
- Your home company contacts
- Upline, mentors, or those above you in your company
- Current customers
- Websites and passwords that are part of your business-include web hosting, affiliate programs
- Any Leads
- Your mailing list
- Suppliers
Taking Inventory
The very first thing to do is to take an inventory of the assests of your business ! That means your home office, your inventory,your supplies . Anything and everything that applies to your business. Make sure that you have copies of reciepts, an inventory list and pictures. Store them in a safe deposit box or at a location away from your business.Remember to periodically update your inventory.
